How was your rise to the national team's first team? I came from being in charge of the lower categories of the Federation, both men and women. Last year I was working from the women's under 23 to the under 15 and from the men's under 21 to the under 15. When the change of coaching staff took place, I already knew Montse from having worked in the house, the rest of the coaching staff also. I receive the call, unexpectedly, because the truth is that I did not count on it, with enormous joy and satisfaction because in the end it is nothing more than working with a team and with athletes who are world champions . It was a great joy. Emi with Montse Tomé, coach of the National Team. his problem . 3. Hypercontextualize communication To stand out and fulfill its role, the sales team needs to show a difference.
